Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled: Free of charge before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including:

Limitation of Liability
As a reseller of products supplied by third-party distributors and manufacturers:
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
Opened or partially used bags
Improper storage after delivery
Damage caused by incorrect handling
Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of our products:
Opened bags cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Unopened and unused bags may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to:
Approval from our team
Return shipping costs paid by the customer
Inspection upon return
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Quality Assessment
Because we do not manufacture the product, quality claims may be referred to the original supplier for review.
If the supplier confirms a manufacturing defect, we will provide:
A refund in accordance with supplier approval.
Product Quality Concerns
We source all water softener tablets from reputable distributors and manufacturers. However, if you believe there is a quality issue:

a) Tablets dissolving improperly
b) Unusual odour
c) Visible contamination
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
